- Usually long line-up to purchase food at the "Guide's Pantry" cafe at Chateau Lake Louise and the cafe at Moraine Lake Lodge. Recommend purchasing snack and drinks at the Creekside Cafe at Baker Creek Resort.
- Restaurants at Chateau Lake Louise open at noon. Most are exclusive to hotel patrons. If you plan to have a sit-down meal at a restaurant in Chateau Lake Louise, please call the hotel to make reservation prior to the trip.
- No animal allowed on the bus, as some guests may be allergic.
- Children under the age of 6 must be secured in a child seat. You may bring your own or use the complimentary child seat provided.
- Guests are free to explore on their own upon arrival at points of interest and must return to the parking lot by the departure time.
- The bus follows a strict schedule. If a guest miss a departure time along any point of the itinerary, seats availability cannot be guaranteed with the next bus. Guests may have to arrange their own return transportation.
